This is crucial for health care organizations because it improves efficiency, delivery, and effectiveness, as well as improves employees’ respect for leaders. Additionally, it also helps the organization have less waste, less unnecessary duplication, and more resources to improve the company’s performance and productivity. Performance measurement outcomes are used to measure operational quality and efficiency. This is done to calculate the ratio of output gained to the input expended. Operational expenditure, capital expenditure, other resources, revenue, customer satisfaction, and quality are among the key elements included in the calculation used to determine an organizations performance outcomes (Deshler, 2020).
