Your initial discussion thread is due on Day 3 (Thursday) and you have until Day 7 (Monday) to respond to your classmates. Your grade will reflect both the quality of your initial post and the depth of your responses. Reference the Discussion Forum Grading Rubric for guidance on how your discussion will be evaluated.

Final Research Paper Draft – Peer Review

Paste your rough draft into the forum as your initial post by Day 3. After completing your initial post, review and critique the drafts of at least two of your classmates. You may formulate your critique as a Toulmin analysis of the paper, but be sure to focus on the thesis statement, topic sentences/paragraphs, research integration, fallacies, and the conclusion. It is not necessary to point out typos or spelling errors. Be open and honest with classmates as you help them improve their work. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ initial posts by Day 7 in 125 to 200 words per response. To help ensure that all of your classmates receive feedback, if possible, review at least one draft that has not yet been reviewed.
