Urban growth has its origins in many factors including intermodal transportation points and the availability of resources. In a paper, respond to the following points: Analyze the initial origins of urban growth and its impact on local and regional planning processes Integrate your analysis with a discussion of the concepts of urban decay and the lack of planning. How are these two concepts related? What is the government’s role when considering public need versus personal rights?
