This project must use the techniques, theories, and strategies that have been discussed in this course. Finally, describe the project’s design and how it would be implemented. The project must integrate at least five of the topics we have covered in this course.

Support your paper with a minimum of ten (10) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
