TERM PROJECT RESEARCH TOPIC: Over-Compensation for Executive Managers Ethical Issues Summary For this research, we are going to review literature on how Executive Managers i.e., in Europe, normally play a critical part in the organisation, ensuring that their talents are recognised for providing higher value to the organisation. However, over the years, we have observed the remuneration of Executive Managers beating those of normal Managers and workers in the organisation. It is an unethical issue since it leads to inequality of income between these groups. Its essential that during the compensation of the Executive Managers, there is structuring whether conflicts between normal employees and Managers do not occur. Additionally, the productivity within the organisation results from team efforts; therefore, increased compensation for executive Managers should be relative to the increase in other employees compensation.
