Question Answered step-by-step I am having difficulty with an ihuman patient named Sam Newton.Sam Newton, a 62-year-old, obese male who presents with chronic middle back pain(L8-9) and new onset of acute lower back pain (L1-3), pain scale 11/10 times 1 day. He has a PMH of HTN, Hepatitis C, enlarged prostate for which he took Tamsulosin until 5 years ago, and previous 1 pack per day x 30 years, but quit 5 years ago. He reports the use of Motrin for pain with no relief. He reports not being able to empty his bladder, sharp, stabbing pain, pins, and needles that radiate from his lower back to his R leg.
