Question Answered step-by-step I am trying to get into the DNP-FNP program but my GPA is only 2.6. Required GPA is 3. I graduated in the Philippines. I made an comment on my addendum essay that grading system in the Philippines is different from here in the US. Now the director is asking me to explain in what ways it is different. My GPA is evaluated by a trusted company. I wish i did not add it on my comment but now I need to be able to explain this nicely so the director accepts me in the program. I said this that the grading system is different because i believe that my professors during my college years were really strict giving the lowest grade possible. Also my school is among the top3 performing schools in the philippines so the quality of learning is far by one of the best there and most strict. It is a percentage grading that appears on my transcript. Please help me. I really want to answer this at the best way i can so i can be considered to be admitted to the DNP-FNP program.
