Organizational Plan

In at least 3 page (excluding the cover page and references page) word document, develop an organizational plan for the collecting, initial evaluation, tracking, and monitoring of ideas, either real or fictional. Determine who is responsible for organizational plan, who serves as the plan manager, and provide an outline of the responsibilities of the plan manager. Provide details on the methods that will be used to collect, track, evaluate, and report on the ideas submitted.
