THE TOPIC IS THE KOREAN LIQUOR CALLED SOJU. IT NEEDS TO BE IN CHICAGO MANUAL STYLE. 5 WRITTEN PAGES WITH AT LEAST 5-6 REFERENCES

I decided to do my research on the Korean liquor called Soju.  While stationed in Korea, I was introduced to this drink, and it is A staple drink in many households in South Korea.  Soju is a Korean liquor that in the beginning of its history was using grains such as rice, barley, and wheat.  I plan to discuss its history beginning in the 13th century, including how the Persians taught this distilling technique to the Koreans, and why its history involves the likes of the Mongols during early 1231-1259.  Although there isn’t much research regarding this type of rice wine, I plan to do my due diligence and try to give it justice.
