Appeal for SAP

I made a few c’s and did not meet academic grade point average and i am trying to make an appeal to get back in the program and funish ut sucessfully. I was sick also my children were sick and i fell behind but i have gotten well and have help with them. Another thing that happened was my computer crashed but I purchased a new one. I need help answering these questions:

3.Provide compelling evidence that you have the ability to succeed in an academic program:

Each question must be at least 250 words but can be more.
