Merger and Acquisition, business and finance homework help

This is the pre-work for a simluation and is all about valuing the companies involved. I will be assigned a “Role” either 1, 2, or 3 and this is being assigned to one of the 3 companies involved. As of right now, i dont know what role i’ve been assigned, but will know by this evening and will post it. There are enough questions that this can be started until i get assigned the role.
