Assignment 2 this needs to be a 2 to 3 page report

There have been a series of burglaries in the local area
where you live. You get to work and see that your boss has posted a sign in the
window that states, “Any officer of the law who shoots and kills one of these
criminals will receive a $5,000 reward.” When you first see the sign, your
initial impression is that this will be a good deterrent to the burglars, but
as the day goes on, you begin to have second thoughts about such a statement
and whether there are any laws that would apply. You are concerned about how
customers will react to this sign, and you want to talk to your boss but are
not sure what to say. To help you get your thoughts together, draft a paper
that includes the following:

Explain the pros and cons of keeping the sign up, including
the possible effects it would have on customer relationships.

How would you present your ideas to your boss?

If you were in charge, what would you do in this situation?
