- Enter patient name as “Pink Eye.”
- Look up the treatment of conjunctivitis (pink eye) and document in
patient record the process (steps) you instructed the patient to
complete in order to refrain from spreading the condition. - Make an error in your documentation then apply proper technique in correcting it.
