Consider an organization or the community of which you are a member. Describe a hypothetical program that would reduce prejudice and discrimination against a group of people in that organization or community. Base your approach on the theories and research on prejudice and inter-group conflict, such as social identity theory, realistic conflict theory, authoritarianism, and the just world phenomenon. Describe the social psychological theory or theories that support your program’s effectiveness and a theory that would not support it (or would refute it). Explain how these theories support or refute your program.
