Process Scavenger Hunt

Process Scavenger Hunt. On the first day of class, all students were tasked with identifying a “business process” that they could observe on campus. They may just see evidence of the process (e.g., they see trash cans/dumpsters so they can intuit there is a waste disposal process). Once you identify the process, (a) Give your process a descriptive name, (b) Write a narrative of the process (a few sentences on how it works), (c) Define the inputs and outputs of the process, and (d) define the “Value Added” of the process (output minus the input). Lastly, (e) comment on your perceived “quality” of the process (good or bad and why).
