This week you have the opportunity to write a resume and cover letter specific to scenarios of your choosing. Take advantage of studying content distributed by various means such as videos, templates, and lectures. It is a good idea to pull out ”old” resumes and conduct your own appraisal. Through the course content and your personal critique of ”old” resumes, you may better understand how to present your positive traits and factually present skills, knowledge, and experiences at this point in time. Take care to write a really solid first draft of your professional bio if you have not previously done so; you will be amazed how often you will use your bio. Also this week, continue to add elements to your unique career management portfolio. Building your career portfolio element by element will make your portfolio more comprehensive and useful.
