Section 1: MS Project Exercise

Need help with the above instructions – This is what I started writing and need help finishing due to family emergency.

You are managing a project with the below requirements: Customer is requesting a complete upgrade to their existing A/V system from analog to digital. The current A/V system is unreliable and outdated. One of the deliverable is to provide state of the art equipment. This system consist of three rooms which can be as separate training rooms or can be combined by movable partition walls. Each room will have a lectern for the presenter with a workstation, monitor, keyboard mouse, Blu Ray player, Touch Panel and laptop patch point. Existing 4×3 projection screens will need to be replaced with new 16×9 projectors. Room functionality: The presenter will have the ability to display any of the lectern sources aw well as the room’s dedicated video teleconference and tuner on any of the three projector’s. The user shall have the ability to bring down the window shades and projection drop screen using the touch panel. Project must be complete September 3rd 2019. (greatest challenge will be during implementation, one strategy will be to have a build and testing center to pre-assemble and test the system as much as possible off-site.
