1. Based on your results from the LTQ, were your self-scores and others-scores consistent or divergent? What does the consistency, or lack-there-of tell you about your leadership traits?
2. Which is more important for leadership, your actual traits or the perception of those traits by others? Give an example from your own work history to support your answer.
