counseling experience. In this assignment, you are to select and
discuss two peer-reviewed research articles that explore the skills,
techniques, or counselor characteristics that support positive outcomes
in counseling. These can be related to a specific clientele with whom
you wish to work (i.e., children, adults), a specific issue (i.e.,
addiction, grief and loss), or theoretical orientation (i.e., Adlerian,
Gestalt).

• Summarize your selected articles and their most
  pertinent findings about the skills, techniques, or counselor
  characteristics that support positive outcomes in counseling. Remember

  suggestions in the articles, describe whether, when, and how you will
  ethically apply those findings in your future practice as a counselor.

Support your rationale and analysis by using
