• Use Kirkpatrick’s Model for the Effectiveness of Training to evaluate the course at all levels. (We will only be doing the evaluation for level 4)
• Level four – measures the return on the investment by comparing the total cost of doing training to the benefits or saving realized after training.
• Develop Survey (level Four) – the questions should measure the immediate reaction of participants, the instructors performance, the learning environment and the effectiveness of the delivery method used.
