please find a journal article related to the news and write a report of it

I have wrote a report already but the journal article I found is not as good as expected.

Please to find another journal article source for it and write one or more pages about it to help me finish the report

the whole idea is AI can eliminates the bias appear in the interview

write one page about journal and try to relate it to the topic I choose and my other parts of work

please give me two files after your finish:

1.the one page of new journal article

2. the new report that contain the report you write and make sure it make sense in the whole report
