In my plan, I definitely need to touch on the economy a little more than I did. While there has been an overall positive movement for the restaurant industry, I did not look specifically at what is happening in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where the restaurant would be located. My financial information and projections definitely need improvement and expansion. This is a difficult category for myself in terms of completely comprehending how to make those predictions and how to interpret those numbers, but I know that with some attention and research I can improve the plan and the anticipated information. I think my project excels in the human resources areas, since that is the area I am most familiar with and what I work in. I think that my experience in food service and hospitality is a definite advantage for my proposed plan and its development.
