Short question individual analysis

Q2. The first level of OB is individual analysis. Describe your personality using course concepts and additional research e.g., a web-based personality assessment. Are you allowed to express your personality where you work? If so, how? If not, why not?

Q3. After reading chapters one through three and personalizing this information, please post two more insights about yourself. Label them 3a and 3b. Maybe you want to do one of the self-assessments in McShane or some other related online assessment. Maybe you want to talk about your values vs. company values or your perception of something happening at work. Your choice. Just be interesting and sincere!
