- Select one stressful event in your life. Now, discuss how psychosocial stressors related to this event can interact with your behavioral risk factors and how this, in turn, can lead to chronic health problems.

- Identify which of the categories in the different classifications of coping strategies best describes your coping style. Describe how you have used this coping style in recent months. Determine whether or not the coping style was effective. Justify your response.
