400-600 words for each Homework assignment

You must
submit a project field report of approximately 400-600 words for each Homework
assignment. Field reports are due the
date the homework is due.

Homework #3: Carrying Out a Structured Observation (Price 2007) – Using the guidelines in chapter eight (Angrosino), conduct an observation at a fast food restaurant. Follow the guidelines carefully. Use only the protocol items that are starred in the project description at the end of the chapter. MAKE REFERENCE TO THE CHAPTER ON ECONOMICS IN YOUR TEXT (Brown, 2017). In addition to counting the various starred protocol items, be able to summarize the following things:

• What are people eating?
• How many calories are in the food consumed?
• How many of the things consumed do you think are produced locally? If not, where do they come from?

• Structured observation submissions MUST, at minimum, include a copy (photo is fine) of your data, although a nice graph of the data would be really welcome
