Write an essay using the point-by-point method or the block approach comparing and contrasting the body image influences and issues men and women face. DO NOT compare physical differences or similarities; those are just surface characteristics. The purpose of conducting the comparison/contrast is not to state the obvious but rather to illuminate subtle differences or unexpected similarities in terms of the influences that impact men and women’s body image and the issues or problems they face due to trying to attain a specific body image standard set by society.
