Beowulf, read description before accepting

I do not have the literature for these questions. You would need to respond to these questions by 3/30 11:59 EST and respond to 2 peers which I will post on 3/31.

This discussion board has two parts.

Part I

Choose one of the following questions and support your response with at least two pieces of evidence from the text. Be sure to analyze the textual evidence to show how it supports your response:

1. What role does revenge play in the text?
2. What causes pride, and how does the author portray pride?
3. How does this text suggest that everything is constantly changing, that nothing stays the same?
4. What role do women play in Beowulf?
5. How does this text define responsibility? In other words, what does one have a responsibility to do?
