Final Project Milestone Four: Draft of Implementation

You will submit a draft of the implementation of your case study analysis (Section IV), including all the critical elements as listed. In your draft, provide specific
strategies you would recommend to implement needed changes in the organization. Be sure to address the following questions:

 What is your plan for implementing these recommendations so that they are applicable and beneficial to the organizational culture in this scenario? Be
sure you plan is aligned with your overall approach for implementation.

Guidelines for Submission: Milestone Four must be submitted as a three- to four-page Microsoft Word document (page count includes only the body of your
paper and excludes cover/title pages, abstracts, figures, tables, and references) with double-spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and at
least five sources cited in APA format.
