Week 2 Urban Politics Discussion Post

For this week’s discussion you are required to research and
discuss the pros and cons of rebuilding cities after a natural
disaster. In your initial post be sure to use concrete examples to support
your argument. When conducting your research guard against being
“led” to information that only bolsters your point of view. For
this discussion you are expected to focus on the city of Houston, TX. and use
examples of cities that have been rebuilt after natural disasters as well as
those deemed uninhabitable after a natural disaster and why the decision was
made to not rebuild. I included an article located under Module 1 to assist
in guiding your research.
