Electronic Health Record Systems Discussion

Discuss how the medical office operates differently once they have switched from paper to electronic health record systems. Think about everything from patient registration, to clinical documentation, and the billing and coding process and describe at least three ways the medical office has changed after switching to an EMR software. Explain whether you feel that each change was positive or negative for patients and employees.
