Analyze the Effects of Budgeting and Teamwork

Prepare an assessment on the use of budgeting as a means of managerial control. Using the same healthcare organization Yale New Haven Hospital- you selected for the previous assignment, address the following:

• Analyze the budgeting system(s) within this organization.
• Determine how the analysis process leads to successful managerial control.
• Identify and recommend control mechanisms that would also improve teamwork. Provide examples where possible to support your findings.
