The NCQA health plan report card is an interactive tool that helps consumers and professionals evaluate health plans. Report card results are based on an assessment of health plan processes and systems, clinical quality and member satisfaction.

Create a customized report card about the health plans in your state (or choose a state of interest to you).
Prepare a one page double spaced word processed document that summarizes the results of the report card generated. Be sure to include the following information in the summary:
- Comparison of accreditation outcomes for the plans
- Number of plans that earned an excellent rating
- State the significance of an excellent rating.
- State the health plan you are currently covered under, and what rating youd give it and why?
