Recall Process

For this week and due to you continued education in this class and program, you have once again been hired as a consultant for an enormous sum of money to assist Firestone tire manufacturing plant in developing a set of procedures to follow for the possibility of any recalls of defective tires that are used only for pickup trucks. So, your task is to write five step process of actions to take if any defective tires are discovered by anyone, as a customer of a pickup truck or as an employee within the manufacturing plant.

(You may not go to the Firestone or any tire manufacturer for this answer; this is all on you based on the limited readings so far assigned to you in this class, this week and all previous weeks.) Provide your answer in the following format:
