In this SLP you have been promoted to Vice President of the organization. Since your field up to this point has been HRM, discuss what you know about your employer’s HRM function. What is its value to the organization? What should it be? How might a “best employer” measure and communicate the worth and value of human resource management to the rest of the organization? What do you want to see changed concerning HRM accountability and transparency? Why? How would you implement those changes?
