Workplace conflict in China is my research area

One way of broaching the topic of ethics in professional practice is to focus on particular ethical dilemmas that arise in the research or practice that surrounds management activities themselves. For example, well-known ethical dilemmas exist in the field of human resources, and other dilemmas surround the handling of financial transactions and decisions.

To prepare for this Discussion, review the week’s Learning Resources, and consider the unique ethical challenges for different target populations when conducting doctoral research. Consider your own Doctoral Problem Statement that you drafted at the end of the previous course (DDBA 8161) and the target populations that would be reviewed by an international review board (IRB). For example, a research study that focuses on government employees must take into consideration issues such as security clearances, access to data, and restrictions on publication. Be sure to review the organizational access checklist outlined in Box 6.10 on page 239 in Saunders, Lewis, and Thornhill (2015).

By Day 4

Post an analysis of ethical considerations for target populations within the doctoral research process. Your analysis should include the following:

• Briefly describe a target population within your Doctoral Study, including any relevant factors that could be scrutinized by an IRB committee.
• Identify specific ethical considerations for the target population within your Doctoral Study, including access, data, or publication restrictions, for example.
• Explain how this population and its ethical considerations impact both the process and the overall value of your doctoral research study.

Be sure to support your work with a minimum of two specific citations from this week’s Learning Resources and at least one additional scholarly source.

Refer to the Week 1 Discussion 2 Rubric for specific grading elements and criteria. Your Instructor will use this rubric to assess your work.

There was net work event at my school University of Evansville and i had to meet with a company named( Medxcel facilities management).

Develop a 2-3 page report addressing the following:
• Who, what, where, when, why? Who you interviewed; what they do, where you interviewed; etc.
• Go into detail as to why you chose them.
• Discuss what questions you asked them and why.
• What was their most surprising answer?
• Are you still interested in the job they perform or their industry? Explain why.
• How do you think you fit into that kind of position, profession, or industry? Please compare and contrast the company/position with your Do What You Are results. Is it a good fit, why?
• Briefly list and explain three reasons this was a worthwhile project for you.
• Do this in a narrative, paragraph style; do not answer the questions one by one.

Within the context of your local business, organization, or place of employment, you are to reflect on the group that you have worked in. In the paper you are to evaluate the dynamics of the group, assess how information is shared and processed, analyze how the group generated ideas, and contrast positive and negative behaviors. Simply reiterating the experience is not enough. You should show your proficiency at tying in the key concepts gained in the course in light of the experience you are discussing.

Your paper should be 6 pages long, double-spaced, and formatted according to Saudi Electronic University’s academic writing standards and APA style guidelines. Use at least three peer-reviewed scholarly sources and information from your module to support your decision.

Assignment 5: Evaluating Contracts

Due Week 10 and worth 280 points

Image your small business that produces very small remote control aircraft capable of long sustained flights. You are ready to expand your business by competing for Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. You already have added one (1) contract with the DoD worth over $600,000 to your expanding company and are now ready to venture into contracting for the Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies.

Write a six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you:

1. Compare and contrast fixed-price contracts and cost-reimbursement contracts in terms of the benefits and drawbacks of each for your business.
2. Analyze at least three (3) opportunities your small business will have compared to large businesses in general.
3. Discuss which element(s) of cost-reimbursement contracts tend to produce the biggest troubles for your small business. Provide a rationale for your choice(s).
4. Determine which form of contracting would benefit your business the most among all the forms of contracting described in Chapter 16. Support your response.
5. Choose the most significant form of contracting that would support large companies (e.g., Boeing) among all the forms of contracting described in Chapter 16. Support your response.
6. Develop a plan on how your company would justify the government to award your company the contract when the form of this contracting supports larger companies.
7. Use at least three (3) quality academic resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not qualify as academic resources.
