Prepare a 4- to 6-page paper that accomplishes the following:

• Describe the implementation stage for this project.

• Include a discussion of the six major activities for the implementation

stage as described in the text:

• Coding

• Testing

• Installation

• Documentation

• Training

• Support

• Describe in the discussion of these six activities how each activity

would be specifically planned for the individual project situation.

• Discuss the benefits of using defined and repeatable processes for

accomplishing these activities for the implementation stage.

• Cite and discuss 2 to 3 references, in addition to the required

readings, that are relevant to the assignment. Include citations and

references formatted consistent with APA Guidelines.

Compile Sections 1 through 3 into one final paper.

Organizations are like organisms in that they are constantly growing, changing, merging with other organizations, or separating from other organizations. This results in information systems existing in a changing environment relative to other tangent information systems. The reality of this phenomenon is one in which Information Systems hybridization exists. Information Systems managers must therefore understand and be prepared to deal with Information Systems hybridization.

• Summarize the history of hybridization within information systems.
• What is the role of hybridization within information systems?
• What do you think are the implications of information systems hybridization?
• How does this hybridization affect the profiles of IT professionals?
• What is your opinion regarding the future of hybridization?
• In what ways can you improve your hybridization profile? Explain.

Support your answers with appropriate reasoning. 

Write a 2- to 3-minute elevator speech in which you describe how you see yourself as creatively intelligent, innovative, and/or entrepreneurial.

Describe at least one example of how you promoted innovation in your personal or professional life.

Present your elevator speech to two different people. One can be a personal acquaintance, the other must be a professional connection.

Write a 525- to 700-word reflection and answer the following questions:

• Did you feel empowered to be more creative and innovative as a result of describing your skills out loud?
• Did your audience ask any questions or share any insight about creativity and innovation?

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.

After your volunteer work, write a minimum of 2 completely full typewritten pages and greater than 700 words of your own written text, double-spaced, and 12-point Times New Roman font about

• what you did,
• why the organization/agency needed this work, and
• how this work contributes to our environment.

Please include a cover sheet with your name and student number. The 2 pages of your written text is the minimum to receive extra credit. These typewritten pages are to be your own words. Other material (photos, tables, reference section, quoted material, etc.) do not count toward the page total. Photos of your activity will add credit, particularly if they clearly explain what you did and how it helped the environment, with good captions.

Research of your own that helps explain the history and environmental significance of your volunteer work is expected. Quotes, ideas, and paraphrased material must have citations both in the body of the text and in a references section. If you reference any organizations or cite any information, please include a bibliography at the end referencing all your information sources (see below for examples). Your report will receive credit based on completeness, content, environmental impact, organization, and writing (including English, grammar, spelling etc.) in addition to your volunteer effort.

Help restore a Cheasty Greenbelt site on North Beacon Hill to the beautiful forest it was meant to be. This work party will focus on weeding previously planted areas, spreading wood chip mulch and freeing trees and shrubs from blackberry and ivy vines. We will also move a stack of burlap into the Greenbelt.
