As the Presenter for this 2-week unit, based on your own prior
knowledge and current research, you will present a 7- to 10-slide PowerPoint
presentation on the importance and elements of contract management for partnerships. Your goal
will be to focus your colleague’s attention on the skills, knowledge and experience needed for
effective oversight and/or management.

You should strive to be as persuasive as possible that the
specific concepts you have reviewed are exciting research avenues and that they
are potentially breakthrough areas in the understanding of how to be a savvy
strategic HR partner, from recommending key elements needed in contracts and
management of contracts, to analyzing communications competencies for HR
leaders pursuing alternative delivery strategies.

Read the “Research Areas of Emphasis in Professional Psychology” article and select a topic of psychological research discussed in the article, (The topic I selected and is to be used is evidence based treatments).

This topic will be used as the focus of the literature review you will be creating as part of your Final Project, as well as for aspects of other assignments within this course, so select a topic that is of personal interest to you.

In your post, discuss some of the methodological issues unique to this psychological research.

• State the topic you selected and then write two potential research questions that could be explored on the topic you selected.
• Identify at least one potential research design to answer each of the research questions you wrote (you will identify a total of two designs).

Select a small business with which you are familiar. Imagine that you have been called into that business to provide a consultation on training. Create a comprehensive training proposal for the business.

Write a six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you:

1. Analyze key elements of training and development geared toward improving the performance of the specific small business for which you are consulting.
2. Predict three to five (3-5) potential challenges that the managers or owners of the business could face in addressing organizational performance.
3. Justify the effects of detecting organizational gaps in small business, providing examples to explain the rationale.
4. Propose a competitive training strategy that will improve the position of the business in the market. The strategy should include, at a minimum, an agenda of training activities, rationale for instructional strategies used, and the return on investment (ROI) that will be gained from the strategy you have developed.

Background and Plot: Explain the background for the play. What is the
history of Oedipus and his family? Who are Eteocles and Polyneices? Why did
they fight each other? What is Creon’s edict and why did he decree it? What
happens during the course of the play?

Moral Conflict: The German philosopher Hegel stated that
the Antigone represents the tragic collision of right against right, with both
sides equally justified. Do you agree with this interpretation? Why or why not?
Describe the moral positions of Antigone and Creon and point to the scenes and
