Case analysis tips: Avoid common errors in case analyses, such as:
•Focusing too heavily on minor issues.
•Lamenting because of insufficient data in the case and ignoring creative alternatives.
•Rehashing of case data — you should assume the reader knows the case.
•Not appropriately evaluating the quality of the case’s data.
•Obscuring the quantitative analysis or making it difficult to understand.
Typical “minus (–)” grades result from submissions that:
•Are late.
•Are not well integrated and lack clarity.
•Do not address timing issues.
•Do not recognize the cost implications or are not practical.
•Get carried away with personal biases and are not pertinent to the key issues.
•Are not thoroughly proofread and corrected.

The case analysis should be a minimum of 4–6 pages long, double-spaced. Check for correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and usage. Citations should be in APA style.

To earn the points watch the documentary and then write a short (1-2 page) response to the content. In your response include a very brief overview of the content of the video. Also include your thoughts about the content, for example what did you learn about the subject that you didn’t know before and did the video make you think differently about the subject. Your reflections on the video should show that you paid close attention to it and thought critically about it. If you like you may explain why you do or don’t agree with the video.

Suburban Homes Construction Project Quality Management Plan
(QMP)

Prepare a quality management plan using the elements described in
the PMBOK 6e (Section 8.1.3.1) for the Suburban Homes
Construction Project.

Content (90 points) Over the course the semester you’ve
become familiar with the project and as part of the overall
project management plan, a quality management plan is needed to
communicate how quality will be met to the satisfaction of each
stakeholder involved in a typical residential construction
project.

You should perform research on quality standards associated with
residential construction to determine applicable standards.
At least four (4) quality objectives associated with the project
should be defined.

As part of the section on quality tools, include a separate
appendix with at least three (3) quality tools that will be used
as a part of the project. These can be drawn from: 1) flow
