Paciente tiene 2 hermanos mayores. Madre refiere “mi hija tiene problemas respiratorios y enrojecimiento en todo el cuerpo”. Presenta tos, dificultad respiratoria, malestar en garganta y picor por erupciones en la piel. Madre refiere que presentó fiebre en dos ocasiones y le dieron acetaminophen. Signos vitales: T: 36.1, P: 128, R: 30, B/P: 100/58No es alérgica a nada. No ha recibido transfusiones de sangre nunca. Paciente refiere: “no quiero comer mucho, porque no me da hambre”. Refiere: “me duele un poco el cuerpo”, en escala de 0-10 refiere un 3. No ha presentado ninguna complicación desde su nacimiento. Madre verbaliza: “mi hija nunca se enferma, estoy muy preocupada por su salud. Solamente estuvo hospitalizada en una ocasión por un absceso en la pierna derecho”. Madre indica que mientras trabaja, su madre le ayuda a cuidar la niña. El padre trabaja mucho, fuma y padece de diabetes. Paciente recibe manutención de su padre. La abuela materna padece de diabetes y el abuelo paterno tiene cáncer. Uno de sus hermanos es asmático.El parto de la niña fue de 38 semanas de gestación, natural, sin complicaciones, duró 9 horas. Pesó 3.18kg, midió 48.2cm y la circunferencia de cabeza fue de 33cm. Tomaba la formulaSimilac Alimentum, porque la Similac Advance no la toleró. Presentaba diarreas cuando la ingería. Utilizó el chupete hasta los 5 años. Madre refiere: “la nena desde chiquita no toleraba casi los alimentos, todo le caía mal. Le comencé la alimentación complementaria a los 8 meses”. Los dientes le comenzaron a salir a los 8 meses de edad. Madre refiere que la niña no tiene ninguna vacuna, porque no cree en ellas. Paciente se sentó sola a los 6 meses, comenzó a gatear a los 8 meses y caminó a los 12 meses. Utilizo el baño por primera vez sola a los 3 años. Comenzó la escuela en jardín de niños.Paciente refiere: “tengo buenas notas, me gusta mucho la escuela, me gusta leer, escuchar música y compartir con mis hermanos y primos”. Su cabeza es tamaño normal, tiene pelo largo rizo, ojos azules, garganta enrojecida, dientes completos, cuello sin nódulos protuberantes ni venas distendidas, tórax simétrico con marcas enrojecidas no dolor ni molestias en los senos y presencia de sibilancia y roncus a la auscultación.
