N-“What do you want to be called?” P- It’s just Cherly N-Is Cherly okay with you? ” P-*Person with concern nods her head* N- “Please give us the spelling of your name.” P-“C-H-E-R-L-Y” N-“How are you today?” P- Okay, it’s fun because we also did your therapy interview. Because when we’re inside, my only routine is to read for about 2 hours, then I nap because I don’t have medicine in the morning, only at night. ” N- “What are you reading?” P- “What I really read every day is Our Daily Bread and then the bible because every day there are bible verses, then other reading materials like books when I have time.” N- “After you read, what are you doing?” P- “I nap after reading about 10:30 or 11. Then we have lunch time from 11:30 to 12 and then tv-viewing until 3pm. Then 3-5 locked our gate so we can do what we want to do – napor wet. Then the tv viewing will continue at 5pm, dinner at 6:30, and you can do tv-viewing until 9pm. N- “What are you watching?” P- ”series” N- “After you watch, what are you going to do?” P-Usually before I go to sleep, I exercise for 10-15 mins, then about 10 I can fall asleep and wake up at 6am. But there is sleep up, when lay down twice between 10 pm-6am. When I described it, they suggested me to the Neurologist and then when they tested my walking, standing, etc because my foot was moving spontaneously even if I didn’t move it, my hand felt stretch. It doesn’t hurt but I feel numbness. I was given Dogmatil, Clozapine and anti-psychosic drugs. What happens when I take it is drowsiness. I take it every morning and evening and the doctor also said that while the symptoms were still mild. At work my boss notices me, I say I’m sleepy and dizzy. My sleeping patterns are no longer good, from my room to the kitchen I was out of balance, I totally faded, totally blacked out and then I fell down and then my head hit, I changed. I don’t know what I look like but all I know is that I heard myself fall. My roommate went to see me and took me to the hospital. When I had an MRI, they said I had clots, then my doctor advised me to rest so I was sent home to the Philippines. I was taken to the UST hospital, the doctor said I need to take medicine on time in case I don’t take it once on time or I forget. It is also bad when the medicine is not taken on time. 2016 the doctor confined me, after a month and the doctor’s recommendation to rehabilitate so I was brought here. To take the medicine. I’m so skinny then because I have no appetite, I’m being forced to eat what’s on the food tray but I’m not really sick so I’m dizzy. Recovered, lost the dizziness.
