provides the individual. Juvenile court allows certain protection to those
juveniles because of their age. At what point does age not matter as to void
all the rights and privileges of a juvenile while he or she is a juvenile?
Should the juvenile be made to take a test to determine his or her ability to
comprehend their actions? Then if so, he or she can then be transferred, but
only if they mentally comprehend their actions and rights just as an adult
