Create a written proposal in which you detail the complete design of an employee training program.

Write a six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you:

1. Design a two (2) day training program for a group of twenty (20) employees.
2. Identify two to three (2-3) training needs though a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and justify an approach for this training.
3. Develop the training objective for this program based on an analysis of the business.
4. Determine the training cost for the training program you are proposing. Include a detailed breakdown of time allotted for each piece, the subsequent cost analysis, and the total cost for the project as a whole.
5. Select key training method(s) to deliver the program to employees, such as an e-Learning module or a one-day face-to-face training program.
6. Create an agenda of activities for the training program.
7. Use at least five (5) quality academic resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as academic resources.
8. Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

Choose the professional scenario provided: Paul works for the website division of SuperMega retail company. He receives an email late Friday afternoon that explains a new computer will launch at the end of next June and it will be in high demand with limited stock. Also contained in the three-page-message is that customers will be able to preorder the item 30 days before launch according to the production company. Paul is asked to create a landing page for consumers who are interested in learning more about the product.

By mistake, Paul sets up a preorder page for the product that afternoon (well in advance of the company authorized period) and late Friday evening consumers begin to preorder the product. Sharon, Vice President of Product Sales at SuperMega, learns of the error Saturday morning and calls Paul to arrange a meeting first thing Monday morning. Sharon explains to Paul on the phone that the company intends on canceling all of the preorders and Paul responds that the company should honor the preorders because it was not a consumer error. After a heated exchange, Paul hangs up on Sharon when she insists that the preorders will be canceled because of Paul’s error.

Write a Block Business Letter from the perspective of company management. It must provide bad news to the recipient and follow the guidelines outlined in Chapter 7: Delivering Bad-News Messages in BCOM7 (pages 110-128).

While the Italian Renaissance was a rebirth of interest in the classical world, the Northern Renaissance saw other interests take center stage. One interest that both Italian and Northern Renaissance shared was an interest in the natural world, including a concern for creating the illusion of a 3-dimensional world on a 2-dimensional plane. In 3 well-developed paragraphs, discuss:

1. Explain why some artistic elements in works such as the Limbourg Brother’s Très Riches Heures (1411-1416) look realistic to you and which do not look realistic. Discuss whether the figures fit into the space, whether their movements are realistic, whether their clothes fit their bodies properly, and whether there are shadows that make sense.
2. Two of the great innovations of the Renaissance in painting were the artist’s ability to depict a more contemporary world, and to create the illusion of a three-dimensional world in a painting. Two important artists played a key role in helping to bring about this shift, Cimabue and Giotto di Bondone (known as Giotto). By studying and comparing 3 of their paintings, you can see how this innovation developed.

Political ignorance in America is a serious problem, and may already have had an impact on last year’s presidential election. In addition, we already exclude children, and many of the mentally ill from voting, due to their ignorance and poor judgment. Why not, it’s said, impose similar requirements on native-born adult citizens? Why not require everyone who wants to vote to pass a test focusing on the basic features of American government?
