Want an assignment on Porters Five Competitive Forces for Apple Inc.

Before completing this assignment, review the Final Project Document breakout items below.

As you analyze your assigned company, you should understand how competitive forces shape corporate strategy. A typical way for an organization to strategically analyze these factors is to conduct a five forces analysis of their organization. Corporate leadership can use this tool, to successfully analyze and identify a clear sense of the organization’s strategic vision. This focus is important because of the requirement for improved business understanding in a rapidly changing global environment. Some of the main strategic management questions asked are, where is the organization now, and where will the organization be 1, 3, 5, or even 10 years from now? Moreover, where will the organization be if no business changes are made? While looking at these questions, leadership must not only take action (especially if the answers are unacceptable), but also weigh the risks and payoffs. Smaller businesses may engage in strategic management to ensure that they adapt to trends and external changes such as globalization.

By definition, strategic management is a process in which an organization develops and implements plans that promote the goals and objectives of that particular organization. The overall process of strategic management is continuous, and it changes as the organizational goals and objectives evolve. The strategic management process begins when executives evaluate their current position with respect to the company’s mission, goals, and strategies. Managers then scan the organization’s internal and external environments and identify strategic issues that may require change. Internal or external events may indicate a need to redefine the mission or goals or to formulate a new strategy at the corporate, business, or functional level. The final stage in the strategic management process is execution of the new strategy. It is now time to take an analytical look at the forces and structure that shape effective strategic decision-making.

Coaching Theories and Philosophies SLP

The overall Session Long Project (SLP) requires students to develop a Coaching Playbook that may be used in coaching interscholastic, intercollegiate, and/or professional sports. This playbook will serve as a compilation of written materials and projects that reflect an understanding of the course content while providing knowledge and information related to the theories and methods of coaching sports.

Students will begin development of their Playbook by completing the following sections throughout the Session, with one section due each module:

Section 1: Developing a Personal Coaching Style
Section 2: Analyzing the Roles of the Head Coach
Section 3: Organizing a Successful Sport Program
Section 4: Defining a Method for Sport Coaching

Your Module 1 SLP Assignment: Developing a Personal Coaching Style

Establishing your coaching style will be important to your success in the profession. Three styles are generally adapted by coaches to include cooperative, command, and submissive behaviors. A coach’s style will dictate every aspect of the sport program to include attitudes and decisions made by the athletes.

For your Module 1 SLP, you are to pretend you are a finalist for a head coaching position for a sport team of your choice at the level of your choice (interscholastic, intercollegiate, or professional). Create a PowerPoint presentation that you would present to the hiring committee that discusses your chosen coaching style. Your presentation should include information on the items below, but not limited to, the following:

  • Describe your coaching style.
  • How was this style developed?
  • Were there certain coaches you learned from and what did you learn from them?
  • With regards to today’s athlete, why do you feel your chosen style will be effective?
  • Support your choice of coaching style by discussing 1 or 2 well-known coaches whom you admire.

SLP Assignment Expectations

To receive maximum credit, you must demonstrate understanding of context and purpose of the assignment by bringing all required elements (described above) to the discussion, and meeting additional expectations (described below).

The expected length of your SLP module assignment is approximately 3–4 pages.

Include at least three references, preferably including one which is other than those provided in the assigned readings.

As Master’s-level students, it is expected that you develop strong skills for reviewing literature. (Students must conduct additional review of the literature as necessary.)

Your reference list and overall paper must be formatted properly in APA format and style.

Hint: To ensure a well-organized paper, begin your discussion with an introduction (including purpose statement), and then list the three or four main ideas that you will address. Be sure to include a section for each main idea, and use appropriate headings for each section. Also, include a conclusion.

Please be sure to include ALL assignment tasks.

Note: If any Web link is not working, please report it to the professor immediately.

The Educational and Training Requirements for Male and Female Police Officers

I jest need:

Incorrect format. All papers should be in APA format including references. Check your grammar.

The Educational and Training Requirements for Male and Female Police Officers

The requirements for female police officers are the same as those of women police officers. One will have to attend a police academy; these depend on the jurisdiction one is in or whether they have been sent by an agency. An individual requires to put in an application, undergo physical screening and interview, a written test, oral board, a physical agility test, a lie detecting test, background check and an interview with the chief of staff (Peters, Richard Stanley, 145).

The applications to be police officers can only be accepted at the age of eighteen. However, there is no upper limit for use. The standard retirement age is sixty years. Note that that the recruits are needed to undertake a probationary period of two years. The person applies must be a citizen of the state they are applicable to work. For foreigners who have stayed in the country for an extended period of time shall pass as they wait for clearance of both security and vetting. All those who have applied shall undergo the same standard of vetting before they are appointed.

The criminal record of the applicant is also checked. One needs to have a clean criminal record to be selected. Receiving of formal caution between the past five years, committing a violent crime or any public order offence will lead to automatic rejection. Applicants should not have tattoos especially if they are prominent, offensive is served to undermine the dignity and authority of the applicant’s role.

To be given this job, an individual has to be physically fit. Therefore, they shall undertakea fitness test. It is critical to making it in this test before one is appointed. The police are looking for the minimum standard to enable an individual perform their task diligently. The applicants shall be given help to improve their fitness for maximum output. There are two sides to the fitness; health strength and the ability to endure.

The financial status of the applicants will be checked. The above is because they will have access to information that may make them vulnerable to corruption. Therefore, bankruptapplicants will be rejected (Porter, John, 134). Healthwise, the police officers, need to be resilient enough to cope with the pressure and demands that come with police work. Therefore, applicants must be in good health to get the job. The applicants will be required to undergo a medical test to ensure that they meet the health standards required of them.

The applicants have to undergo an eye test which they are required to pass. The above is because the individuals need sharp eyesight to be able to fulfil their duties diligently. If a person has ever applied before but has been rejected, they cannot use immediately again. One has to wait for six months to elapse before they make another application.

All Individuals who apply will be subjected to random drug tests during the recruitment process. Failing this test may lead to immediate rejection (Porter, John, 234). Last but not least police officers need to qualify educationally. Educational needs range from a high school to a college degree. The applicants need to submit their original testimonials for consideration.

US Government and Politics

I just need a paragraph answer for each question. 1. Explain,
why judges, who are not popularly elected, have such wide authority to
strike down popular laws; why do judges have such enormous power with so
little public accountability? Why does the U.S. have such an
undemocratic institution in its democracy? 2. Do you think Justices should act according to the dictums of judicial activism or judicial restraint? You will want to include direct references to Meese and Brennan in your response. 3. Pretend you are a Supreme Court Justice who must render a decision in either Lee v. Tam or Gloucester County School Board v. G.G.. Both cases are currently before the Supreme Court. I want you to act as a S.C. Justice and, drawing on what you have already in this assignment, the U.S. Constitution, and other relevant course materials, render a decision. How would you rule? Why? On what are you basing your decision? Which parts of the Constitution or other documents are relevant? Remember you are acting as a justice, not simply expressing your personal opinions.
