“Project Scope and Project Management Processes ” Please respond to the following:

• As
  we know, a project is something that is a temporary (meaning, it has a
  start and end date) assignment that requires some resources to create a
  product or service for someone (aka, the customer). The person who
  oversees this assignment is the project manager.

  the video in Week 1 on the insights of being a project manager. Since
  this is not your first project management course, identify the one thing
